Sicilian Whiskey: Artisanal Passion and Sicilian Innovation
Founded in 2016 by two Sicilian whiskey-making brothers, Sicilian Whiskey represents the excellence of craftsmanship and quality in the heart of Sicily. Our first product, Red Fox, is the first blended small batch whiskey entirely handcrafted in Sicily, characterized by a balanced, full-bodied, and smooth taste with notes of vanilla, caramel, and smoke at the end. Each bottle of Red Fox is aged in Sicilian vanilla oak barrels, handcrafted by local artisans, and produced in limited batches to ensure the utmost care and authenticity.
Our commitment to the land is embodied in the Adopt an Oak project, which allocates part of the proceeds to the protection and propagation of ancient oak trees in the Natura 2000 Reserve, the natural habitat of the Sicilian red fox.
